Good day Admin et al.
I got a little more time this morning so I thought I'd drop back again and introduce myself.
I've always been the outdoor type but never carried any directional equipment beyond a compass.Still have the one I had from 20 yrs ago.
I'm 50 and still enjoy the wilderness areas and this GPSing has to be the best phenom in a long while.
Just turning 50 I received a Magellan 210 Explorist as a Birthday gift.
Only last week I got to try it out......Accurate?????Absolutely dead on!!
I looked up 5 sets of coords for the surrounding area and we went to find them.we found four. One had to be moved or missing. The others were marked with the coords the owners wrote in each case,in the 4 we found the coords were completely perfect.I'm completely impressed.
I never dreamed I'd say this but I think I could give up fishing for caching!!!I can't say enough about it.
This place will be a second home, looking forward to talking to you and reading your posts. From here on these work days can't go fast enough, should probably rename myself cachehound!
By the way,I work security.
Have a great morning guys and gals |
